Bethesda to hold first ever E3 conference, Fallout 4 expected to be star of the show

In an extremely surprising yet welcome move, Bethesda has announced that it will be holding its own E3 press conference for the first time this year. This gathering will take place in Hollywood on Sunday the 14th of June 2015, and there’s no official word on what the publisher will be showcasing in it. However, the best guess is that the new Fallout game will be star of the show, apart from other titles that are rumored to be in the pipeline since a pretty long time.

Bethesda Invite

Bethesda has never ever held an E3 press conference of its own which indicates that it really has something big to show off this time around. Fallout 4 is believed to have been put into full development mode after the release of the final DLC for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim in 2013. This post-apocalyptic role-playing game will apparently be set in Boston, Massachusetts, and will of course bear modern graphics that will take full advantage of new-gen consoles from Sony and Microsoft.

Also apparently in the works is a Dishonored sequel from Arkane Studios. The first title was extremely well received for its first-person stealth action offerings, which is what is said to have compelled Besthesda to turn Dishonored into a franchise. We’re almost certain that the press conference will be seeing something related to the Doom reboot which id Software has been working on since a few years now.

As Eurogamer has revealed, tickets to the Bethesda E3 conference will be available in a limited quantity, but it will definitely be livestreamed by the company via Twitch so that fans from all over the world can see it in the confines of their houses.
