God of War III is one of the most anticipated games of 2010. Slated for a March 2010 release, the game is currently under development for the PS3 gaming system. The original God of War as well as God of War II can be espied in the God of War Collection for the PS3.
For all those who thought God of War III would be the last of Kratos, then they may just have to think again. Sony Santa Monica studio director of product development John Hight revealed that God of War III would not be the end of ‘God of War’.
John Hight stated in an interview to Gamervision, “This is not the end of God of War.” He further added, “This is definitely the end of the trilogy, but we’re going to continue to do God of War games. We’re going to be very careful about what we do; we’re the keepers of the franchise and we don’t want to see it ruined or polluted.”
With this revelation, we know that the third installment is the last game in the trilogy but can anticipate more God of War titles from the company in the near future.
