Ceramic White Sony PS2 SingStar Pop Bundle announced for a November Release
Sony PlayStation 2 that was previously only available in Charcoal Black and Satin Silver, will now be getting an all new hue! SCEA has announced a limited edition Ceramic White PS2 console that will include the popular SingStar Pop game title in the bundle.Sony had also introduced a pink limited edition PlayStation 2 console in Europe in August last year.
No new features as such will be seen in the Ceramic White PS2. It will feature the exact same design and functions of the previous PS2 versions. It will also feature DVD and CD playback capabilities, digital surround sound, two memory card slots and an integrated port for network gaming that were seen in the previous Charcoal and satin Silver versions.
What makes the Ceramic White PS2 an attractive buy is the fact that it comes bundled with a karaoke-style game called SingStar Pop as well as two high-quality USB microphones.
SingStar Pop will have players crooning away to chart-topping tracks from artists like Alicia Keys, Rihanna, U2, The Clash and Ashlee Simpson.
Using the bundled USB microphones, players can either put up a concert for friends and family or they could have a karaoke party, sing duets and have one-on-one battles. Eight players can also play together in a “pass-the-Mic” social frenzy.

The limited edition Ceramic White PS2 bundle will be available in North America in November for $149.99 and in Canada for $159.99. This bundle will be available in November 2007, making it the ideal holiday gift.
