Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection Online Made Available by Namco
Namco Bandai Games America has announced that Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection Online is available for download from the PlayStation Network for the PS3. It features new online modes that lets gamers make custom matches, join ranked fights, check out other people’s fighting styles in the online lobby as well as be ranked based on their scores on online leader boards.

- TEKKEN 5: Dark Resurrection Online will dominate the online fighting world as it has a ton of new online modes including Opti Match, Quick Match, Custom Match and Friend Match, making it easy to find opponents to fight with anywhere, anytime. Gamers will also have the chance to study their opponents by viewing battles in the lobby while waiting for their turn to conquer and trash talk each other via voice chat. The online update also includes two new single player modes, including Practice mode, where gamers can hone their fighting skills before battling online, and Survival mode, where gamers must use their superior TEKKEN skills to defeat as many opponents as possible, one after the other, in a fight to the finish.
Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection Online costs $9.99 (approx. Rs. 400). But gamers also have the option to go for a bundle that includes Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection as well as the online update. It will cost $29.98 (approx. Rs. 1200). Dark Resurrection is the seventh game in the Tekken series, however, now Tekken fans will be waiting for Tekken 6, which is the next game in the series.
