There’s no word on just how large the level is, but each grid has a length of 4 meters. Falling off the edge means you’re likely to die and to survive, you’re going to need resources which are available in plenty.

The hardest part here is getting to them and harvesting without dropping valuable supplies. The creator notes that blocks are randomly generated and chests as well as mobs will be spawned across the environment. No rules have been defined for Skygrid, which means you’re free to do as you like.

As the name suggests, you find yourself trapped inside an ant farm which you’ve recently set up in your house. The place is large and it goes deep below. Filled with numerous challenges, you must make it out alive. But before you do, there’s a lot to discover here. Some of the main achievements include finding and harvesting all 8 diamonds, destroying all spwaners which are 18 in total, taming a wolf and enchanting an item, apart from the usual.

There are Nether goals as well, which comprise of locating it, making a golden apple, finding the Nether Fortress and its treasure room and lastly, destroying all 14 spawners. The map uses its own texture pack, so make sure to have it loaded before you start playing.

6. Stratosphere:

You set out on a simple goal which is to find agent 843 who’s working undercover in the Stratosphere facility, but before you get there, your plane gets destroyed and leaves you stranded.

There are 3 islands in total and you must make your way to the Jungle of Secrets where the facility is located deep inside. This map also features adventure challenges which puts you on a quest to locate various places, perform religious activities and even slay a dragon. From the maker of Skyblock comes another survival level, Oasis. Here, you are stranded in a desert with no food or water. You find an oasis which offers resources, but in limited quantities. While everything may seem normal during the day, nightfall fills the desert up with creatures. Your main goal is to build a safe house. There are various places to explore nearby and a lot of resources to mine, which are located deep underground by the way.
