Game of Thrones: Episode 4 is all set to be released for multiple platforms next week, Telltale Games has just gone on to announce. This newest chapter of this season has been named Sons of Winter, and has even been granted a trailer which you can view in the space right below.
Episode 4 of Game of Thrones will first be launched on May 26 for PC and Mac users as well as for those with PS4 and PS3 consoles in North America. The next day, on May 27 it will be seen hitting the Xbox One and the Xbox 360, along with the PS4 and PS3 in Europe.
This new episode’s Android and iOS versions will arrive on the respective platforms on May 28. This series created by Telltale Games is of course based on the hit TV show of the same name which itself is based on the A Song of Ice and Fire novels by George R.R. Martin.
It follows the same format that all modern offerings from Telltale are following. A series of five or six episodes will be released between intervals in each season. Game of Thrones is still in its first season, with its first three episodes having received quite some acclaim.
The story of this game follows people of the northern House Forrester who rule the Ironrath. There are five different playable characters in it, who are attempting to save their family and themselves after ending up on the losing side of the War of the Five Kings. Actors from the HBO TV series have actually provided their voices to this game.
Like we said, May 26 is when the rollout of Game of Thrones Episode 4 will officially begin; so stay tuned.
