One of the eagerly awaited games for the Nintendo Wii is Okami. The game got a lot of rave reviews for the PS2 version. Now it has emerged that Okami Wii will be launched in the month of April 2008. The action-adventure video game was supposed to release for Nintendo’s next generation console on March 25, 2008.
Okami Wii is expected to have intuitive gameplay and control scheme which is optimized for the console. What’s more, the game will have 16:9/480p support. One thing many gamers will welcome in Okami Wii is the ability to skip cut-scenes. The game will also have an exceptional and dynamic cast of characters as well as an assorted array of demons and monsters.
Okami for the Nintendo Wii is being ported by Ready At Dawn, who have also worked on God of War: Chains of Olympus. Okami Wii is expected to be out in the United States on April 11, 2008. The game will be published by Capcom. They have not said anything as to why the game was postponed by a few days. Reports also indicate that there would be a “little lag” between the US, European and the US versions of Okami Wii.
