GTA Online Beach Bum update sailing in next week, new single-player content teased

It’s been updates all along for GTA Online ever since it was launched on October 1, but this time around with the Beach Bum update, Rockstar Games will finally be releasing something that’s not meant to repair any flaws. The free title upgrade will be named version 1.06, and will add new Jobs, weapons, vehicles and a lot more for GTA Online players to revel in. November 19 has been marked down as the release date for it.

And that’s not all; the developer has gone into teasing mode as well, and has revealed that fresh single-player content is headed the way of GTA V’s Story Mode. Nothing other than this has been shared on the matter sadly. Coming to the Beach Bum update, we can confirm that it will bring with it beach-themed Jobs that will include races, deathmatches, parachutes, last team standings, survivals and gang attacks.

Fresh vehicles will also form part of the whole affair, even as four ‘sand-and-surf-ready’ vehicles will be added to the multiplayer portion of GTA V. These include the BF Bifta dune buggy, the rugged Canis Kalahari off-road truck, the Bravado Paradise beach camper van and Speeder speedboat. These will be available at no in-game cost, and you’ll be able to order them using your virtual cell phones. The SNS pistol and a broken bottle will be the two new weapons to be introduced by the Beach Bum update.

Other than that, the new patch for GTA Online will also infuse the game with beach-themed character customization options like board shorts, neon surfer attire, wild tribal tattoos, shaggy hair and more.
