All those who decide to pre-order their copies of Darksiders II via shopTHQ will be rewarded with two free pieces of DLC, exclusive in-game armor as well as free shipping, announced THQ. This new title from developer Vigil Games – the studio which also created the hit first offering in the series, will be released for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC on August 14, 2012.
Pre-ordering the game through shopTHQ will entitle gamers to a Season Pass that will provide them with free download codes of the second and third DLC packs planned for the title. And as all these pre-orders will automatically be upgraded to the game’s Limited Edition, the copies will already come bundled with download codes for the first DLC named Argul’s Tomb which will go live in about one month after launch.
