Naughty Dog has been garnering numerous accolades for their work on Uncharted 2. They recently dominated the BAFTA awards winning the Best Action Game, Best Use of Audio, Best Original Score and Best Story.
However, Naughty Dog has not laid to rest for their laurels. They are already seeped in crafting out the sequel that tops their current magnanimous effort. We found out David Lam’s profile who has worked on numerous animation projects including Uncharted 2 and Halo: ODST and is currently back working with Naughty Dog on an “Unannounced Project” which we can assume is Uncharted 3. We browsed through his demo reel and saw that the amazing train sequence with the helicopter was animated and worked upon by him.
A few weeks ago, we did put a report that an ex-Tomb Raider developer, who has started working with Naughty Dog, is also working on an unannounced title which also points towards the development of the sequel to the game. Uncharted 2 brought forward a new wave in videogame interactivity, it allowed players not only be enthralled by its crisp visuals but also the fanatic over the top action sequences. The biggest pull for Uncharted 2 was the astounding animation sequences that have now set a new standard in gaming standards.
The question is that can we expect an announcement for the game at the upcoming E3, which already promises to pack quite a wallop with the barrage of AAA games that are rumored to be announced.
