The Max Payne movie is eagerly awaited by the fans of the series. The film features Hollywood biggies such as Mark Wahlberg and Mila Kunis. Now Entertainment Weekly is reporting that Chris O’Donnell casts in the Max Payne film. The actor has bagged a major role in the movie.

Chris O’Donnell will be playing the role of executive Jason Colvin in the Max Payne movie. Gamers who have played the game will be familiar with the story. It features a multinational corporation that was involved in a drug distribution ring. Chris O’Donnell has acted in many Hollywood films but is best known for playing Robin in Batman Forever and Batman & Robin. He has also acted in Vertical Limit and The Bachelor.

The Max Payne movie is expected to be out later this year in October. Presently, the shooting of the film is underway in Toronto. The Max Payne film is being directed by John Moore while the script has been written by Beau Thorne.4
