This would be the rumor of the day! According to the latest edition of UK’s Official Nintendo Magazine, the forthcoming Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles for the Nintendo Wii, will have co-op mode.
They were previewing the Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles when they observed that most of the game was played with the assistance of a second AI player. However, the Official Nintendo Magazine could not confirm whether this AI partner can be substituted with a human one.
Capcom too, has neither confirmed nor denied that the Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles will have a co-op mode. Nevertheless, it would be great to see the Umbrella Chronicles have a co-op mode as shooter games are more fun that way. Keep watching this space for more updates.
