Call for Heroes: Pompolic Wars for Nintendo Wii Announced by Data Design Interactive

Data Design Interactive has announced that they have bagged the rights to develop and publish the Nintendo Wii version of Call for Heroes: Pompolic Wars. Just like many of its counterparts, the 3D role-playing game is set in a fantasy world.

Call for Heroes: Pompolic Wars puts gamers in a fantasy medieval world, where a dimensional portal to the Outer Worlds has opened, and a foe from the darkness has invaded the world. Led by a fiend named Pompolic, the armies of demonic hordes have taken over most of the planet. The residents of this world are on the edge of total extinction.

However, a small hope still exists in the heart of the remaining citizens. They believe that there are brave hearts that can save the world from the source of the evil power. If the Dark Souls were to be incarcerated, the attack would stop, and Pompolic would be defeated; the call for heroes is made. Gamers will have an option to choose from two distinctive characters. Each having its own unique weapons, items and special abilities.

Stewart Green MD, Data Design Interactive comments, “This is already a great game on PC, which is really improved with the widespread use of the Wii controllers, to make the player plunge into the magic casting and weapon wielding adventure. We are keyed up to bring this new genre onto the Wii console.”

Attila Siladji of Quotix Software stated, “We are really excited to work with Data Design Interactive on the Wii version. We are certain that their proficiency will be very positive. The game will take full advantage of the unique Wii controllers, and deliver a unique gameplay experience.”
